http://del.icio.us/r.cormick this link is my del.icio.us account that i made. I have imported my favourites which was on my browser.
I'm definently going to use this very often as im on different PC's all the time at work and i can see it being used for research assistance. The library could make an account and put good websites on del.icio.us and group them under different catagories/tags.
